We are aware of an issue with our Web Mail Service for Managed Mail Services.

We are currently working on resolving the issue, update will be posted below:

• March 20, 1:00PM: Working on fix
• March 20, 12:43PM: Investigating
• March 20, 12:40PM: Outage Detected
• March 20, 2:00PM: Implemented short term fix until permanent fix is available
• March 22: Long term fix is still pending, but this issue is marked as resolved
